Global Server Variable ($_SERVER) HTTP_REFERER spelled incorrectly, should be "referrer".

Yes, the documentation also agrees with the word "referer"   
but that is also spelled incorrectly, there is no such  
word in the english language as "referer". Isn't that  
important in a language (whether it be written or  
programmed)? I resubmit that this is a valid bug.

Also, in the page: 
http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php 
It specifically says to use English, I know that guideline 
pretains to reporting bugs, but shouldn't it also pretain 
to the language itself?

This is intentionally misspelled in accordance with the spec.
