MYSQLI_TYPE_BIT
MYSQLI_TYPE_NEWDECIMAL

not currently defined by the mysqli extension for the new mysql 5.0 BIT(n) fields and NEWDECIMAL type as returned buy the 5.0 c api

addition of:

	REGISTER_LONG_CONSTANT("MYSQLI_TYPE_NEWDECIMAL", FIELD_TYPE_NEWDECIMAL, CONST_CS | CONST_PERSISTENT);
	REGISTER_LONG_CONSTANT("MYSQLI_TYPE_BIT", FIELD_TYPE_BIT, CONST_CS | CONST_PERSISTENT);

to

ext/mysqli/mysqli.c 

fixes the problem
