Probably a pretty bad idea to define TRUE as 261 and 
FALSE as 262 especially in Windows.  Someone might want to
pick better names for those defines.  Its kinda important
the TRUE = !FALSE.

It's actually not a problem since we don't use TRUE nor FALSE as truth    
values anywhere in the code.  Just to be on the safer side, the current   
CVS has them redefined as PHP_TRUE and PHP_FALSE.
