php-cli needs not '>' however for dumpping arraies uses it.

Reproduce code:

<? phpinfo(); ?>

Expected result:
----------------
...
_SERVER["argv"] => Array
(
    [0] => /home/purewell/bin/myphp
    [1] => --help
)
...

Actual result:
--------------
...
_SERVER["argv"] => Array
(
    [0] =&gt; /home/purewell/bin/myphp
    [1] =&gt; --help
)
...
