The extension dll for bzip is missing from the distribution even though the documentation and the php.ini file still list it as an extension. Still missing as of Nov 2 2005 snapshot!

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
