Description:
------------
I use $_FILES['file']['type'] to check the type of a MICROSOFT WORD file while editing it by Microsoft word.

$_FILES['file']['type'] return the type : application/octet-stream

However, when I finish editing and close the Microsoft Word application.

$_FILES['file']['type'] can now return the correct type: application/msword

I am now sure whether this is a feature or bug.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$_FILES['file']['type'];

echo "File type :".$_FILES['file']['type'];

Expected result:
----------------
File type :application/msword

Actual result:
--------------
File type :application/octet-stream
