I'm using PHP4B3 as an ISAPI module under IIS4.

The following example:

<?php

  echo("-->".$ALL_HTTP."<--<BR>");
  echo("-->".$PATH_INFO."<--<BR>");
  echo("-->".$PATH_TRANSLATED."<--<BR>");
  echo("-->".$SCRIPT_NAME."<--<BR>");
  echo("-->".$SERVER_NAME."<--<BR>");

  echo("-->".$COMPUTERNAME."<--<BR>");

  phpinfo();

?>

produces:

--><--
--><--
--><--
--><--
--><--
-->PC-PMM<--

but all variables are set, as I can see in phpinfo(),
PATH_INFO=/index.php4
...

The ISAPI module doesn't define the ISAPI variables; Rather, it parses ALL_HTTP and creates variables from it. Mostly all of the interesing information in is the ALL_HTTP variable.

On second thought (and upon a second look on the various ISAPI variables), I made them register themselves as Server variables as well.
