When Apache2 starts up it comes up with two Warning boxes saying: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\php\ext\php_msql.dll'-The specified module could not be found.

When i go to the folder though it is there and it's still the original version. Is it something to do with msql or something else

You haven't installed PHP correctly. It's just missing the dlls it's linked with.
