CLI crash with expression.

Reproduce code:
$last = ($last == $next? null);

Expected result:
Should be correct if statement.

No crash here, just a syntax error.
Read the docs about ternary operator.

I tested with php as cgi and it is chrashing the php process without reporting an syntax error.
