Description:
------------
au.php.net mirror is down, and it's impossible to do a function search on the main php.net site because i automatically get directed to au.php.net! message on au mirror says:

"You are seeing this page because PlanetMirror is currently unavailable, due to scheduled maintenance currently being undertaken. The outage is expected to last up to 8 hours, and will affect all PlanetMirror services. The purpose is to perform some upgrades to systems and storage, allowing us to provide an improved service to users. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the outage timeframe."

i usually use au.php.net but it would be good to have the ability to use php.net when planetmirror take au down. thanks.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.
