Private report: No CVE-ID: None

$ts = gmmktime(0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1970);
echo "Timestamp " . gmdate("U (Y-M-d H:i:s)", $ts) . " GMT<br>";
echo "Timestamp " . date("U (Y-M-d H:i:s)", $ts) . " MET +0100<br>";

Unless I misunderstand, the above script should come up with
a unix timestamp of 0. In stead, the result is -7200.

In in Den Haag, timezone MET, that's GMT+1.
