Description:
------------
The php.net doesn't send any character encoding information to the browser, the problem is that my FireFox considers it to be UTF-8 whereas it's in ISO-8859-1, and the page renders poorly.

A solution to this issue would be to specify the encoding as a parameter of the html tag of the site, or to use SGML equivalents to the accentuated chars in the french documentation site.

Expected result:
----------------
accentuated chars.

Actual result:
--------------
question marks, tabs and spaces...

In fact the php.net server sends an HTTP header with charset=utf-8, which messes up the rendering of documentation pages (whose actual encoding is not UTF-8).

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

This is being worked on already, just going to take a while
