calling strtotime with an integer as the first argument correctly returns -1 on i386, but a huge 64-bit int on AMD64.

Reproduce code:
---------------
echo strtotime(time());

Expected result:
----------------
-1

Actual result:
--------------
3420597366000

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
