when using TRUE as third arg to flock fatal error happend:
Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference

debian/sarge package php4 version 4.3.9-2

Reproduce code:
  flock(0, LOCK_EX, TRUE);

Expected result:
Warning: flock(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in a.php on line 2

Actual result:
Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in a.php on line 2
