Description:
------------
this sample code

$conn = new COM("ADODB.Connection")
or die("Cannot start ADO");
$conn->Open("Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data Source=./thefile.mdb;");
$rs = $conn->Execute("SELECT * FROM thetable");

doesn't work in PHP version 4.3.10.

DCOMCNFG was used to allow permissions on the COM object for execution.

It worked flawlessly in version 4.3.9
