I get a fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cpdf_place_inline_image()

even though php_cpdf.dll is loaded and other cpdf functions are working.


Reproduce code:
---------------
$cpdf = cpdf_open(0);
cpdf_page_init($cpdf, 1, 0, 842, 595, 1.0);
$logo = imagecreatefromgif(dirname(__FILE__) . '/gfx/scandinavia_logo.gif');
cpdf_place_inline_image($cpdf, $logo, 50, 700, 0, imagesx($logo), imagesy($logo), 0);

Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cpdf_place_inline_image()

cpdf_place_inline_image() is available only if PHP was compiled with GD 1.3.x.
Making it documentation problem, as it should be stated somewhere in the docs.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
