I tried to load a PHP manual page (in this case, http://www.php.net/exec), a message appears 'ch2.php.net' could not be found.

i am actually in switzerland

i use mozilla

Works for me quite well. I cannot reproduce your problem.

ch2.php.net is a nickname for php.jobsuchmaschine.ch
php.jobsuchmaschine.ch has address 195.141.71.234

Works fine for me. "ch2.php.net could not be found" seems to indicate a DNS caching issue. Was ch2 disabled in the latest rounds of mirror checking and then re-enabled when it fixed itself?
