Description:
------------
None of the 'PHP 5.0.1 Installer' Windows MSI package links are working. I have tried de.php.net, us2, us3, ca2 and ca3. All return

The file you requested (php-5.0.1-installer.exe) is not found on this server (http://ca.php.net/). If this file is a recent addition to our downloads, then it is possible that this particular server is not yet updated to host that file for download. Please come back to this server later, or start the download from another mirror site.

On two servers that I tested, it seems that the 4.3.8 link is busted too.

And yes, I read the other bug reports. One fixed it by removing the session string at the end of the URL.

My URL reads:

http://ca2.php.net/get/php-5.0.1-installer.exe/from/a/mirror

when I get the error.

While you claim to have read other bug reports, this report seriously contradicts that, I suggest you read http://bugs.php.net/29827

Must not be too big of a worry, then. Seven people in our office alone have given up downloading the new version, so I can only imagine how many people in the world have moved on without attempting to read through the bug reports.

A simple news blurb on the front page would probably help, if that is something you guys are interested in posting.

We have an automatic mechanism, which will disable improperly set up mirrors in a few days. The mirrors not hosting the exe files should be disabled in the coming days by this mechanism.
