I have tried to download windows binary & installer 5.0.1, and earlier versions, but I get an error similar to:

The file you requested (php-4.3.8-installer.exe) is not found on this server (http://dk.php.net/). If this file is a recent addition to our downloads, then it is possible that this particular server is not yet updated to host that file for download. Please come back to this server later, or start the download from another mirror site. 

no matter which file and mirror I try :-(

I don't think it matters, but I use IE 6.0.2, everything in English. my XP is newest updated SP1-system

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
