Description:
------------
 Hello Sir,

I am in big trouble here.

 I have a matrix site.
 Under it there are several
 levels, in which the registered
users, have to buy shares to cycle
 along the levels.

On the basis of amount of share
 purchase,they get commision and
 move up to next level.

Now, my main problem is that
when all the members, say may be
more than 250 members, purchase the
shares at the same time ,the system
 fails.

The database doesn't cycle along, so the
cyclings stops but you still are able to buy shares.
This error only comes when there are alot of buyers
to purchase shares and not when there are only a few.

I asked the original script writer and
he said following thing in reply :

("the problem is not in the script but is on the
server PHP version ( PHP 4.3.8).

When you test the script, also this new one, alone,
  you do not get problems.

You have problems only when you launch, not because of
the script, but because for some reason that no one has
been able to understand yet the PHP does not handle the
connections and the queries generated from 300 or more
  members all toghether.")

Now want to ask is there any such problem with
PHP 4.3.8. If there is any, then what's the solution.

  Please help me on this.

  Eagerly waiting for ur reply.

  Thanks,
  Nimesh
