The hu.php.net admin reports that the rsync server has its 873 port open, so it should be able to handle rsync requests, but it always ends up in "connection reset by peer", when a mirror site update is tried. This is probably caused by the recent rsync upgrade.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
