It would be nice if strtotime would support 2004W30 format which would return a timestamp of Monday 00:00:00 of the week 30 in 2004.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at
http://snaps.php.net/.
