Description:
------------
I have noted that in the last days php.net switches to Spanish language when surfing the site. It seems that the country is correctly detected (I'm in Spain), but I find annoying automaticly setting the language to Spanish, since I'm a Catalan speaker. Catalan is official in the area of Spain I live, and it is my mother tongue, and I don't feel comfortable viewing this site in Spanish.

I'd like to see this site in Catalan, but since there is no translation, I'd rather still see it in English. Also, the mirror to wich I am redirected by default, rediris.es, is down often, so it becomes unusable. The problem also is that I have spent a significant amount of time to find the way to switch again to English and to another mirror, and I guess there will be people that will desist before they get it.

I guess this problem will affect also Galician and Basque speakers of Spain, whose language (official or mother tongue) isn't Spanish, too.

No code.

Check http://php.net/my.php, and please suggest a way to drive people to there, if it is so hard to find (it is right in the uppper menu)

I'm in Canada and I'm getting several of the function articles in what I believe to be either german, or some other european language.

The mirrors I'm using are ca.php.net, and ca3.php.net. Often it's a word here and there, but sometimes it's the whole page, and I won't be able to get any of it in English.

When I click that link, I get a list of functions with similar names to "my.php". Yet another part of the site that doesn't work right in Canada.
