Why do you think, that php_gettext.dll is loaded?
What does get_extension_funcs('gettext'); say?

 [2004-07-29 19:59 UTC] f dot braem at skynet dot be
I've used the following script:

<?php
echo '<pre>';
print_r(get_loaded_extensions());
echo '</pre>';
echo '<br />------------------<br />';
echo '<pre>';
print_r(get_extension_funcs('gettext'));
echo '</pre>';
?>

This is the result of the script:

    [0] => bcmath
    [1] => calendar
    [2] => com_dotnet

It seems that there is something wrong with the names of functions.
