if i upload a file which contains double quotes in it, the filename is cutted

Reproduce code:

<?php print_r($_FILES); ?>
</pre>


<form enctype="multipart/form-data" action="" method="post">
 <input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="30000" />
 Send this file: <input name="userfile" type="file" />
 <input type="submit" value="Send File" />
</form>

Expected result:
----------------
input file: 0119"1.jpg
content of $_FILES['userfile']['name']: 0119"1.jpg

Actual result:
--------------
input file: 0119"1.jpg
content of $_FILES['userfile']['name']: 0119

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
