Description:
------------
I'm an english speaking person living in Australia. The changes to your site of late make it difficault. when I goto www.php.net and then enter a search item and select online documentation [en] it brings up a google page which is ok. but when I click on the link to see my answer it bring me back to http://au.php.net/ which again I have no problem with but your site assumes I speak another language and peppers the page with a mix of english and Oriental symbols and in some cases just Oriental symbols. Can you please do something about this so your site is usable or at least stop it from taking me to the au.php.net site so I can read the info in English off the www.php.net site.

I would think that sence I am selecting [en] that it would show me the english version.

Over the years here I have found your site and the user comments very helpful and a valuable tool. but of late not so..

Thank You

You have two related options on the My PHP.net page (http://php.net/my). You can set your preferred mirror and your preferred language. It seems to be perfectly enough in your case to set English, and leave the automatic mirror selection alone, if you have no speed problems with the AU mirror.
