This bug was already discussed and closed here : http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=15722 .

But since 4.3.5 to 4.3.7 the problem come back.

I try to modify the time from 90 seconds to 600 but nothing change, PHP ISAPI filter doens't shuts down properly.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
