I have 500 internal error with a syntax error.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$tmp .= 'toto' .
$tmp .= 'titi' ;


Expected result:
----------------
500 Internal server error

Please try using this CVS snapshot:

Cannot reproduce with latest CVS, the only output I get is 
a E_NOTICE from PHP complaining about $tmp variable not 
being defined.
