This tiny patch allows ldap_set_option to accept the 
LDAP_OPT_X_TLSxxx  options (except ...CTX).

This bug has been open for more than 12 years and targets a by now unsupported version of PHP. Also the patch doesn't exist anymore. Therefore I'm closing it.
