According to the changelog, the xslt_setopt() function was added in 4.3.0, but it appears not to have been documented.
The same appears to be the case for xslt_set_object() and xslt_make_array().

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

I've added just the protos. The documentation will be written when someone has time for it.
