Description:
------------
Am Actually using windows binary zip for 5.0.0.RC2.
But there isn't an option for it 5.0.0RC2. There's a bug in itself. :)

There doesn't seem to be a libmcrypt.dll file anywhere in the installation (. thus when i go to enable it on the extension, i can't load that extension.
But php_mcrypt.dll exists. But that's not enough to get this extension to work.

We're not allowed to bundle it with our distribution due to US export regulations, so we need to put the DLL on our Norway based snap server instead.

Edin?

Oh yes. those lovely export regs. It is encryption after all. Forgot about them. :)

Well maybe put something somewhere in the docs that says
that.

Indeed & Thanx.
However that in turn points me to my other bug of the day which i reported immediatly after reporting this one (this one pre-empting that one).
