I am experiencing the same issue intermitently on a Win2k3 Server running several builds of php from 4.3.4 on up..

the only way to correct is with a server reset.. occurs after about ~10 hours or 500,000 hits.

I get similar errors:

Basically the first error, I don't know what the problem is, but the following two - it appears there is a repeated error anytime I then try to do an include in my code on that page.

The problem is only resolved by rebooting the server - quite a pain in the butt after the 4th or 5th time in a day.
