Hi I have problem with fopen

$FX_fso = fopen($FX_fpath,"r+");


I look in php.ini and I think everytign is OK like
register_globals = Off
allow_url_fopen = On

This scrip is for counter and it's fonctionnaly on other server.

Expected result:
----------------
Warning: fopen(my_datacounter/counter01.txt): failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\compteur_v1.1\compteur.php on line 21

and other...

As the error messages implies this is a simple file system 
permissions errors, the INI settings you've mentioned have 
no relevance in this case.
