When I have seen my graphs, anything happen. And my Apache's log error show : bus error (10).

I use PHP 4.3.4 with RRDTOOL, APACHE an Solaris 7. Before OS was Solaris 8, everything ok. I use CACTI for monitor my routers. 
Well, now when I try to view my graphs, the graphs are not generate. Only error is in Apache's log, "child process(PID..) bus error (10)".
