Description:
------------
After Install PHP in Windows 2000, with Apache 2 and MySQL noticed a problem with Register_Globals.
################################################
Warning: Unknown(): Your script possibly relies on a session side-effect which existed until PHP 4.2.3. Please be advised that the session extension does not consider global variables as a source of data, unless register_globals is enabled. You can disable this functionality and this warning by setting session.bug_compat_42 or session.bug_compat_warn to off, respectively. in Unknown on line 0
################################################

This is trying to create a MySQL Based session managment, when I modified the c:\winnt\system32\php.ini to modify register_globals On => Nothing seems to happen

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?
# mysession.php Is the MySQL Based Session Management just # like SourceForge Require
require "mysession.php";

echo "<hr>";
echo " Page2 ";
echo " <br> Register Dino ";
session_register("dino");
$dino="Bernardino Lopez";
echo "<hr>";

?>

Expected result:
----------------
Expected a successfull creation of a Record in the mysession table which means is a Custom Session.

Actual result:
--------------
Error on the page, no Session Variable is able to be declared and managed properly. Seems like no session support at all with the MySQL based session system
