cookies seem to be lost when closing browser

Reproduce code:

Expected result:
----------------
closing browser should not lose the cookie information when you re-run 11Cookie.php (14 lines of code)

Actual result:
--------------
cookie data is lost when the browser is re-started and 11Cookie.php is re-run see

Your code is bogus as you need to set a timeout value if you want the cookie to persist.
