As reported in Bugid #191 by myself, and BugID #192 - Recent
modifications have been causing problems using PHP as a
cgi under Windows Web Servers. In my case, i'm running
Website Pro 2.2.

BugID#191 which was in 3.0b6 was fixed in 3.0RC - I just
upgraded the binaries on the NT machine to 3.0RC3 and the
'No input file specified' problem is back again.

Actually, the reason I was trying to upgrade from RC to RC3
on the NT box was that I had a script I was porting that
was written with RC3 on unix and it wasn't working under
RC0 on NT. The fseek call wasn't advancing the pointer
anywhere. The fgets call after was always reading from 0.
So I don't know if thats a problem or not. Chris.
