compiling as cgi with only iODBC and unified ODBC enabled
(iodbc -> myodbc 2.50.5) causes make to:

Fix appears in 3.0b4.  The old ODBC module has been
deprecated, compiling with iodbc should now enable
unified odbc automatically.
