From what PHP version was the ini from?
What is the diff between the php.ini-dist from the PHP 5 package against the one you had?

I'm using PHP 4.3.2RC2.

I tried this "php -c c:/winnt/", and it's work (with the previous version of php.ini).
If I put a "php.ini" (from php4 or php5) in the same directory of php5, it's work.

That's mean php can't load my php.ini in the %windows% directory ?!

First of all: PHP looks first in the current working directory
for the php.ini, THEN the other places.

Second, you propably have extension directory with extensions
for different PHP version which get loaded by the 'other' php.ini file. This will of course not work.
