Hi!
The short URLs and the search for function services are not working at the moment.
Maybe it's a bug...
Calling php.net/mail returns a website

As the error message said, you should check back later to see if the problem is solved. BTW we know of the problem and going to correct it as soon as we can. Thanks for reporting.
