Just a small HTML error

Downloads work perfectly for me. On what mirror do you experience this?

On all mirrors...

Must be some local network error for you since the downloads work just fine for me...from ANY mirror.

maybe... but the strange thing is: im not behind a lan, and it looks like a html error... but as i told: i have the file i wanted...

This problem is fixed in the website code, and it will propagate to mirror sites in a few minutes / hours, depending on their setup. Thanks for the report. For now you can use any other browser than MSIE to download PHP, as only MSIE had problems with the downloads.
