Description:
------------
When compiling openssl support shared under PHP 4.3.2 a couple of functions from ext/openssl/openssl.c are called in main/network.c but are unavailable as openssl.lo isn't linked into the binary

This is the output from the linker:

main/network.o: In function `php_stream_sock_ssl_activate_with_method':
/tmp/php-4.3.2/main/network.c:715: undefined reference to `php_SSL_new_from_context'
/tmp/php-4.3.2/main/network.c:748: undefined reference to `php_openssl_apply_verification_policy'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [sapi/cli/php] Error 1

compiles fine when openssl support is built in to php

This is actually fixed in PHP 5. (won't fix in PHP 4)
