Description:
------------
I would like to see pg_prepare, pg_execute functions in the pgsql extension of PHP (any version).
Is it posible to have these functions?

  . pg_send_execute() - async equivalent of pg_execute().
  . pg_result_error_field() - highly detailed error information,
    most importantly the SQLSTATE error code.
