apache -v returns
Server version: Apache/1.3.28 (Win32)
Server built:   Jul 18 2003 13:04:10

Expected result:

Apache Version  Apache/1.3.28

This binary version is just linked to apache 1.3.24 headers, no big deal here.

Likely a bug in php text. *Link*ing to 1.3.24
not specified in PHP info text. Possibility of future bug submissions. phpinfo using "version" similarly as Apache uses "version". Suggests phpinfo change to read: "linked to Apache Version" to be diagnostic.
