XML_sql2xml needs support for CDATA in XML elements, so that HTML can be stored in the DB and then passed to XSL stylesheets.

This is stored in a DB:
<a href="http://some.url.com">blah</a>

This is returned in the XML as:
&lt;a href=&quot;http:/soem.url.com&quot;&gt;blah&lt;/a&gt;
(with the html entities escaped...) which is correct

BUT there is no way to enable the following to be returned:
<![CDATA[[<a href="http://some.url.com">blah</a>]]>

which is necessary to display snippets of HTML from a DB through XSL...
