on the download-docs.php page ends up at google 
and I don't think it should endup there...

What mirror?  On www. it refers to this:

http://www.php.net/docs.php

Which loads fine.

but on nl2 and nl3.php.net it doesn't work for me.

I think I found the problem..... 
 
it's on the howto setup an mirror page.. 
"DirectoryIndex index.php" 
 
/manual/howto/index.html does work!
