phpize does not check for:
libtoolize -f -c

and neither register the exit code of this tools. This is useful for running phpize from automated tools like the "pear build" command.

Reproduce code:
[cox@lserver xdebug-1.2.0]$ phpize ; echo "exit code: $?"

Expected result:
[cox@lserver xdebug-1.2.0]$ phpize ; echo "exit code: $?"
/usr/bin/phpize: aclocal: command not found
Execution of 'aclocal' failed
exit code: 1

Actual result:
[cox@lserver xdebug-1.2.0]$ phpize ; echo "exit code: $?"
/usr/bin/phpize: aclocal: command not found
/usr/bin/phpize: autoconf: command not found
/usr/bin/phpize: autoheader: command not found
/usr/bin/phpize: libtoolize: command not found
Configuring for:
  PHP Api Version: 20020918
  Zend Module Api No: 20020429
  Zend Extension Api No: 20021010
exit code: 0
