I've been using PHP 3 for 18 months now and that works fine with IIS4. However I've followed the instructions to the letter and PHP4 is not doing anything. When I try to load a PHP page in my browser, I get an error saying "the page cannot be displayed". I have done the following as per the instructions. I have attached my php.ini

- My PC is NT4 SP5 and boots on D:\

- I have put the following files in D:\php4:
Msvcrt.dll
Php.exe
Php4isapi.dll
Php4ts.dll

- I have put the following in D:\php4\Modules:
	php_mysql.dll
	libmysql.dll

- I have copied PHP4TS.DLL  to C:\WINNT\systsem32, MSVCRT.DLL (already there) 

- I have set up an isapi filter pointing to: D:\php4\php4isapi.dll

- I have under Home Directory I have added a configuration mapping to: D:\php4\php4isapi.dll
