--disable-posix, or use --disable-all and enable everything you actually need..

sure _I_know those switches, but there are many isps out with 
posix enabled (just by accident), what might be a security risk in 
shared web environments (see the docs for the warnings).  And 
just because they are enabled by default. So the question is still, 
why should posix be  enabled by default? Is there any _good_ 
reason? 
I thought the logik should be the other way round, especially for 
posix functions. Few people use them, they are risky and they 
should be only enabled with a good reason in mind.  
 
Disabling posix by default doesn't harm anyone, imho.
