Intro: Czech html pages are converted "on the fly" into several
charsets (Windows, ISO or ASCII). For this to work, CGI scripts
have to generate proper HTTP headers like:
"Content-type: text/html; Charset=iso-8859-2"
otherwise the converter assumes the output in ISO-8859-1.
It would be nice if there is some way to configure this header.
I just overwrited the file "functions/head.c". It works, but
it is not the clean solution to the problem.

I would be happy, if you can address this issue in the next
release.

Use the header() command, possibly in an auto-prepended
file.
